• phishing, malware, credential collection, or deceptive messages;
• unauthorized redirects, tracking links, or cloaked links;
• misleading commercial email;
• messages that hide, falsify, or misrepresent the sender;
• messages with false or misleading header information;
• messages with deceptive or misleading subject lines;
• messages that do not provide a clear way to opt out where required;
• campaigns that continue to contact recipients after they have opted out;
• any activity that may damage the reputation, security, or lawful use of Brooklands New Media Ltd domains.

Brooklands New Media Ltd requires its business communications and marketing activity to be targeted, relevant, accurately identified, and compliant with applicable email, privacy, and data protection rules.

This policy does not prohibit legitimate business communications sent by Brooklands New Media Ltd using its own controlled email accounts, where Brooklands New Media Ltd has a lawful basis to do so, provided those communications are targeted, accurately identify the sender, are not deceptive, comply with applicable email, privacy and data protection rules, and include an appropriate method for recipients to request removal from future communications where required.
